Sarah Kekus is the founder of The Health Architect - a business dedicated to supporting women of all ages to feel empowered and in control of their own destiny! She helps women to make informed healthcare and lifestyle choices, boosts their self-confidence with encouragement, offers wisdom from her own experiences (both positive and disastrous!) and offers support generously to those determined to make transformational life-changes. Sarah is a Nutritional Therapist, Senior Yoga Teacher and Wellness Coach. Eating well is second-nature to her and she has a deep understanding of many other self-care practices essential for optimum wellness and healthy ageing. She wholeheartedly believes in the power of mental well-being to support physical health and her work as a yoga teacher has helped deepen her understanding of the mind-body connection. Sarah offers nutritional coaching, yoga classes, wellness mentorship, retreats, workshops and life transformation programmes.

Finding strength in beauty….

My Mum’s hands seemed very beautiful to me despite the blood transfusion line; fragile, yet somehow strong.

After the emergency room, .co seemed like a calm heaven.
co made me a small posy for someone special who always helps without ever being asked.

And then we walked some more, sometimes holding hands.

Walking is the best when I can’t seem to catch up with my mind!

And anyway, when the brain is busy
the eyes see more - beautiful signets with their proud Mama and then, after 5 days of eternity, the beautiful view from the place I call home.
