🙌 Super proud and grateful for their trust to be in their box across training sessions and competition.

🤔 My own shooting, after 8 weeks of the best consistent and high scoring practice I've ever had, left a whole lot to be desired. Archery as an Archer is the most challenging it has ever been for me. I'll see what time brings.

💪 Last gym session with before 🇸🇮 🏹

🔬 We're experimenting with an adjusted PT programme since start of April - going from mainly targeting archery muscles in upper body with a bit of core and legs; to letting archery train the archery muscles and focusing on core and lower body.

So far a positive experience for me - going to keep it going for a few more weeks at least as it's aligning with a more settled shot routine and fewer technical and equipment changes in past few months.

AFTER having 🏹 practiced hard with Margaux for shooting at 🇸🇮 Veronica's Cup this week coming and being in support of Margaux & Jelle Reule as 🇳🇱 Mixed Compound Team 💪

Practice has been going really well the past 4-5 weeks and today was some of the best ever so enjoying the moments 👌
