A gentle reset starting next Sunday eve — a £13 Yoga Nidra and sound bath session designed to soften the system, clear the mental clutter, and leave you calm, and physically at ease.

So looking forward to starting up my new class The Fitness Studio in Kirkcaldy. This will be a Sunday evening class picking up from where the fabulous June Ewing left off.

The Rest Nest is a monthly invitation to soften, settle, and reclaim your right to deep rest. Here I weave breathwork, yoga Nidra and sound to create a space where people can come and lie down, be held by sound vibration and voice.

Yoga Nidra is a guided practice designed to downshift the nervous system and restore stillness and calm through body and spirit.

You’ll then experience a healing sound bath of bowls, tones and gentle frequencies that soothe the mind, release tension, and support emotional ease.

Put your busy world on pause for an hour just once a month and come join me in The Rest Nest at the Fitness Studio in Kirkcaldy.

Your rest is powerful, it's important to you and it your opportunity to reset.
