Hi all its been a while!
If you are interested Pilates will resume in Pathhead Parish Church, Kirkcaldy on Wednesday. New start time of 7.00 pm. Looking forward to seeing you again in person.😀🧘♀️

Just some of the many benefits of Pilates
On Tuesday Pilates is on at 7.30 pm in the Rosie and McDuff Hall East Wemyss. Beforehand Aerobics is at 6.30 pm followed by Metafit at 7.00 pm. You can do one or all 3 classes. Go for it😁!!
Classes kicked off tonight with Pilates in Craigrothie Village Hall - on every Monday at 6.30 pm. You are more than welcome to join us. 🧘♀️
Thanks to all who came along and well done! We did a mixture of moves with the resistance band and pilates circle. This helped us loosen up and stretch before working our core on the first night back.
