Yoga Helps

Recently I have been asked about the various classes I teach so I thought it would be easier to do a wee post detailing all my weekly classes with the booking links for each. This week starts the Feb block for all classes. All my classes are very relaxed, welcoming with a great bunch of people. The focus is on breathing, moving gently through a yoga practice before finishing with relaxation.

CLASS SCHEDULE

Monday evening - Mens 45min yoga class at Lenzie Rugby Club, 6.45pm-7.30pm.

Tuesday morning - over 60s 45min gentle yoga and movement class at St Cyprians church, 10am-10.45am.

Wednesday evening - 60 min general yoga class at Lenzie Old Parish Church, 8pm-9pm

Thursday morning - over 60s 45min gentle yoga and movement class at Springfield Cambridge church in Bishopbriggs, 10am- 10.45am.

Well as the festive holidays have officially come to an end I would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year and hope 2026 brings joy and happiness to you all.

All classes start back this week and I am very much looking forward to getting back to teaching and seeing you all on the mat. 💚 First up is mens yoga tonight, Monday 5th Jan at Lenzie Rugby Club, 6.45pm-7.30pm.
