One year ago today I taught my very first mat class at The Studio. Itโ€™s hard to believe how far things have come since then! I never imagined a year later Iโ€™d be lucky enough to call teaching Pilates my full-time job.

Thank you so much to every single one of you who has come along this year. Iโ€™ve loved every second!
