Monday's 18:30 - 19:30 and Wednesday's 19:00 - 20:00 are now strictly Fitness training, strenuous circuits suitable for anyone, any age.

RBC Boxing is based at the Iron Wolf Gym, Hill Top Knottingley.

Facilities include: Boxing Ring (15' x 15'), Bags, Pads, Speed-ball, Ropes etc. All Gloves / training specific equipment etc. provided, along with access to the Iron Wolf Body Building Gym. The ideal place for White Collar Boxers to train.
