Today saw the clubs first in-house members tournament for our adults.m for 2026. The round robin tournament proved a great success with lots of battles and laughter and what could be better playing with fellow members and friends at our fabulous Club with the ☀️ shining on us .

Another great block of tennis sessions completed with pupils from the David Lewis centre today.

Hi all, to add to the fabulous achievements in house awarded last week to our fab junior & adult members. Our amazing club were winners at the Cheshire LTA awards for 2025 last night.

We picked up …
- The Men’s Cheshire Shield for 2025, awarded to Jim Barlow & Jason Lynch
- The Bentley Manchester Award for best Tennis Opened Up award for inclusivity regarding the work we’ve developed with the David Lewis Centre & making our courts more accessible to all. Picking up this award we’re 2 of our fabulous volunteers who help with the inclusive sessions, Sonia Amos & Penny Allen.
- Very kindly I was awarded Head Coach of the year recognition award for 2025.

A HUGE thank you to ALL involved in our tennis club that make KTC one of the leading clubs in Cheshire.

So in all, a great year at KTC. If I don’t see you the committee and I wish you all a fabulous festive period and here’s to 2026 at KTC 🎾❤️💪

Wow! What a few days I’ve had the privilege to host at our fabulous tennis club.

Friday saw the annual junior presentation evening with so many awards, celebrating all our fabulous juniors , supported by our chairman Bill, junior representative Kathryn and special guest, Knutsford Mayor, cllr Bryan Hartley. The overall Junior is for 2025 were Thomas Duncan and Daniel Mabbott.

Then on Tuesday we celebrated our adult members at the Christmas club night and presentation evening with many awards given for all the clubs achievements.

I celebrate my 17th year as the head coach and I couldn’t imagine being anywhere else.

Thank you all my KTC family and if i don’t see you. Merry Christmas and here’s to 2026 at KTC. Much ❤️🎾🍷
