Each week brings us one step closer to opening the doors and welcoming you into an exciting new space designed to help you move, sweat, and achieve your fitness goals. 💪

Week 3 of our brand-new fitness studio transformation at Knutsford Leisure Centre, and we’re excited to share another sneak peek of the progress! 👀

The work is really starting to take shape now, and it’s fantastic to see the vision coming to life. Every week brings us one step closer to opening the doors to an amazing new space for our members to enjoy.

What an incredible day yesterday at the Cheshire 10K! 🏃‍♂️🐯

One of our amazing instructors headed over to help kickstart the event by delivering the warm-up… and of course Todd the Tiger came along too to get everyone moving, smiling and race ready! 🙌🔥

We also had a couple of our fantastic members of staff taking on the race themselves, and we couldn’t be prouder of their efforts and achievements! 👏

A huge well done to every single person who entered, took part and pushed themselves across that finish line — whether you were chasing a PB or just soaking up the atmosphere, you were all amazing! 💪🎉

Last year, 83-year-old Terry Robinson took home our Lifetime Achievement Award, having run 117 marathons since 1981, cycled from Land’s End to John O’Groats, and completed marathons across the globe.

Now, it’s time to recognise the next Lifetime Achiever.
