We are located at Egerton Youth Club, Knutsford We play Friday’s 19:15-22:15.
We are a competitive league club in the Crewe and District League and welcome those who are interested in joining. Our club nights run for 3 hours with a guest fee of £9.00, which is in line with current clubs in the County.

We have moved to Knutsford for the new season, you can find us at Egerton Youth Club 7-10pm Friday evenings. We welcome new members and visitors alike, and are competitive in men's, mixed and hybrid competitions this season. Please get in touch if you are interested in playing!

Two results to tell you about from the opening few weeks of the new league season. Last week saw our clubs season officially kick start with a match between Northwich ladies A vs Northwich Ladies B. The overall result being a ruthless 12-0 win for the Ladies A team. As for this week it was the turn of the mixed teams to do battle for the first time seeing Northwich Mixed A vs Northwich Mixed B. The final result was 15-3 to the Mixed A team, with some really close scores across the night which on another night could have gone the other way, making the overall result closer. Some great rallies were played over the night most noticeably a vintage Dave G point, which saw Dave scrambling across each corner of the rear court before hitting a trademark full stretch drop shot which dribbled over the net for a 'CLEAN' winner.
Next week sees the return fixtures of both the Mixed Doubles and Ladies Doubles where the B teams will be looking to get revenge as well as a Ladies A match away at Knutsford on Sunday 6th October. Good luck to the ladies in the first official away match of the season!. Please note that Knutsford have a new home match venue for Sunday fixtures only. The games will no longer take place at Knutsford Leisure Centre, instead the venue is Egerton Youth Club. ( Home of Canute Badminton Club)

Our story
Welcome to Northwich Badminton Club!
We are a friendly and competitive club in the Crewe and District League and we are always looking for new members. Our club nights are well attended and run on Fridays 19:15-22:15 at Rudheath Leisure Centre, promising quality games in a sociable atmosphere.
For 2019 the winter term will run from mid-September to January, and the spring term from January to May. The summer term is pay as you play! Membership is £75 per term which covers all club night courts, feather shuttles, Badminton England affiliation and insurance. Being a member also allows you to be selected for one of the teams and play in League matches against other local clubs. Northwich offers a range of Mens, Ladies and Mixed doubles teams.
Non-members are more than welcome to come and try out our club nights! It is FREE for your first-visit then £7 per club night for a maximum of three sessions. We then ask that you become a member following a committee review, however any visitor fees already paid will be deducted from the full membership fee.
