🥋 Well done to everyone who took part in the Ippon Challenge yesterday! 🥊

It was a long but great day, with some brilliant performances from the whole team. We didn’t bring home a gold this time, but everyone gave their best, gained valuable competition experience and represented AMA Cheshire brilliantly.
As a club, we came home with 4 Silver 🥈 and 7 Bronze 🥉 medals!

Proud of every one of you — back to training, keep improving, and we go again! 💪🥋

Well done Team AMA! 👏
