Happy Monday everyone! 😊
I’m back from my holidays, feeling a bit more rested and definitely less pale 😂
Hope you’re all well and haven’t missed me too much! Haha!

As some of you know, I have been struggling with on/off injuries for some time now and having some time off my classes has definitely helped. However, it has made me realise how much of a toll is has taken on me, both mentally and physically. So I have made the decision to put a pause on my Clubbercise classes for the moment. I will revisit this in August.
This has been a mixture of how I am feeling within myself and low numbers.
This has been a difficult decision, but fingers crossed we will be back in August.
I am so sorry to disappoint my clubbers, but I hope you can understand.
I will put out an update in a couple of weeks with a plan moving forward.

Hi all,
Really sorry to have to cancel class tonight, but I can’t teach due to injury, and with me going on holiday tomorrow, I do not want to risk making it worse.
I will contact everyone individually and will issue refunds via Stripe.
Hopefully I come back feeling better!
