Winter is definitely coming!
I love the wildness of living here. Standing in nature in the howling wind pushes the SAD thoughts of leaving summer behind and wishing I lived in a hot climate and reminds me how much I love seasons. You can feel your body slow down and prepare for semi hibernation. We really are just part of nature not separate from it like we think...🌬🌳🍂🍁🫖☕️

They'll be used soon for our Soundbath morning and moving forward for more meditation sessions and Reiki teaching workshops which will be coming soon. I'll be working on the Reiki 1 & 2 training programmes very soon. 🥰🙏

What a fantastic couple of hours spent with Freddie from Tropic Skincare here at Peace Lily Studio. Freddie was very knowledgeable and the products are fabulous, all vegan and environmentally friendly! We look forward to future visits!

Doing some revision in the sun before I start my Reiki Masters course in a couple of weeks. Excited to be able to teach self Reiki as I find it the best way to reset both anxiety and inflammation.

Our garden is a bit feral at the moment experimenting to see what wildflowers pop up amongst the planted ones...no idea where the poppies came from but loving them!🌺🌻🌼
