Struggling to get back into Yoga?
This weekend I met a lady, who was walking like a penguin 🐧 flowing an injury, leaving her with awful lower back pain.
Her body was getting stiffer, to protect her back, she was understandably nervous about doing Yoga, but even after the first session, she couldn't believe the transformation in her body.
It continued to feel easier, and she knew her limits. Seriously, at the end of the day, she did a little jog of joy and finished off with a little can can.
Sometimes,resting up for too long, might not be the best thing to recover.

Re-Charge your Yoga.
There are many styles of Yoga which can be confusing, I wanted to offer you some clarity and a choice.
We generally practice Hatha Yoga, where we flow from one pose to another, being mindful and exploring possibilities, there is often a pause between postures and build strength and flexibility.
Vinyasa Flow is another style of Yoga, where the postures flow one after the other, in a moving sequence, like the sun salute if you are familiar with this. The pace varies, and can be challenging at times, depending on the sequence.
