ππΌββοΈA few of the team today taking part in our first Parkrun as a squad, and as part of our pre-season training!
π We wore our kits, and team manager, Shawn, dusted off his red belt for our first run. Starting off in a group for this first half, then gradually increasing the speed as we went. Timings ranged from 25mins - 30mins, which is a great first effort from everyone!
