💜 Cumbria Class Champs – June 2026 💛

A huge congratulations to all of our students who travelled to Kendal last weekend to take part in Cumbria Class Champs!

We absolutely loved the unique format of the event, which challenged our dancers to learn quickly, adapt, and perform in the moment. It was a fantastic opportunity to push themselves outside of their comfort zones, and we couldn’t be prouder of the way they embraced the challenge with confidence, resilience and positivity.

A very special congratulations to Elise and Catherine, who were awarded the Junior Endeavour Trophy and Senior Endeavour Trophy respectively. 🏆 These awards recognise not only talent but also determination, attitude, and commitment, an achievement to be incredibly proud of.

A huge thank you to Bronya and her team for organising such an exciting and inspiring event.

Thank you to the wonderful class teachers for their fantastic choreography, encouragement and support, and to the judges for their valuable feedback throughout the event.

Finally, thank you to our amazing dancers for giving every challenge your all. Your hard work, teamwork, resilience, and willingness to embrace new experiences make us proud every single day. 💛✨

Finishing off the evening were these Queens, our Senior Team! 👑✨

It was so wonderful to see them thriving in a style outside of their comfort zone… singing! They embraced every challenge, brought the attitude and the vibes to SIX and absolutely smashed the choreography for Get Down! 🔥❤️

The girls were absolutely buzzing after their session with Meg, who generously stayed behind for a Q&A, answering all of their questions about life in London, auditions, her journey into SIX, and what she’s up to now.

We can’t thank Meg enough for the three incredible workshops she delivered at the dance school tonight. She is such a charismatic, talented and kind role model, and our students were so lucky to learn from her.

We wish her every success in the next chapter of her career, and we can’t wait to see what she does next. We also hope to welcome her back into the studio the next time she’s home!

Next up, Meg moved on to our Inter Team, who jumped at the chance to learn not only the choreography for “SIX” but also choreography for “No Way” 💛🖤

They worked so hard, soaked up every instruction and brought incredible focus, energy and attitude to every moment. We loved watching them challenge themselves 💜

Tonight we had the incredible Meg join us to teach the first of our SIX workshops! We kicked things off with our Junior Team (ages 6–8), and they definitely brought all the energy, confidence and sass needed to be a queen 👑✨

We captured these adorable moments of them in action, and we couldn’t be prouder of how they embraced every second 💜

✨ STARZ Fusion – June 2026 ✨

At the end of June, we took a small team of our comp dancers to STARZ Fusion in Fulwood and what a lovely experience it was!

With its fresh, modern take on a dance competition, the atmosphere was so much fun, and our dancers had an amazing day both on and off the stage.

A few standout moments included:
🏆 Isla Hodgkiss, who won her very first trophy with the Rising Star Award – such a special achievement!
🏆 Max, who was awarded Most Promising Performer.
🏆 Catherine, Isabella and Iris, who received the award for Highest Scoring Teen Duo/Trio.
🏆 Bella - who was presented with the Sportsmanship Award for her, “Infectious smile, genuine love of dancing and being such a delight backstage.”

One of the highlights of the weekend was the feedback we received from the organisers:

“I just want to say a big thank you for being so amazing last weekend! You guys are possibly the loveliest team, we could really feel the love from you all together!”

What wonderful feedback to receive, and something we’re incredibly proud of. At our school, we always strive to create not only talented performers but kind, supportive teammates and it’s so rewarding to see that recognised.

A huge well done to all of our dancers. Thank you for representing the school with such talent, kindness and professionalism. We can’t wait to return! 💜🖤

Congratulations to Max & Bella who have successfully auditioned for Sam Stanley Creative Associates and begin their monthly training in August!

To be accepted into such a prestigious associate programme is testament to how you both work day in day out!
