Another busy day at Lancaster Boxing Club. 🥊
This morning Josh, Will and Jonathan were out in Carnforth delivering another outreach project, meeting with local families and organisations to promote boxing as a powerful tool for positive intervention, personal development and building healthy habits.

It was fantastic to see so many people interested in getting involved. A really positive day with some great conversations and new connections made.
Then it was straight back to the club for our junior session, followed by another busy senior class.

A big thank you to Lewis and Lee Mountain from Leo's Gym for dropping in for some quality sparring. Great rounds, great atmosphere and valuable experience for everyone involved.

Days like this remind us what Lancaster Boxing Club is all about—developing champions inside and outside the ring.

I will be running Free Boxing Sessions at the Gregson centre, every Wednesday 1pm - 2pm.

A supportive welcoming group for adults affected by addiction. The session focuses on fitness, wellbeing and recovery.
