Our primary aim is to teach and share the benefits of an ancient method of self defence, health, fitness and general well being with all the benefits of modern exercise and sports science. Established in 2010, we have gone from strength to strength in our very short life-time. We believe that our success is down to our role in the community, quality instruction and our student-centred approach. All classes are taught by fully qualified and insured instructors with proven track records. We operate an open-door policy and welcome anyone to train with us in any of our classes, regardless of discipline, style or affiliation.
