UPDATE:
As of today, 66.0kg on the dot, my cut is coming to an end.
It has been an amazing journey, I’ve learnt so many new things about myself; physically and mentally but also just about nutrition, meal planning, exercise planning and what I needed to keep as a constant in order for me to lose those extra lbs.
It also gives me a chance to show you what I have came from. I’ve seen ab definition for the first time ever in my life, striations I never thought I’d see and more overall definition that I’m not used to seeing, and I’m very happy to know that the past version of me would have been so proud of how far I’ve come.
I’ve never been this confident in myself and my body and how I look, I can wear compressed shirts without having to suck my gut in or just worried overall with how I look in them, shirts that were so tight on me now are very baggy, I’ve had to put new holes in a belt so that my pants can stay around my waist, all these things are mental to me.
So all I want to say is if that guy in the first photo can do it. So can you! And thank you to everyone who has supported me, I can’t wait to bulk and see where that takes me.
To whatever the future holds 🥂

What’s your favourite exercise for any muscle group?🤔
Mine has to be any upper back focused row. They absolutely blow up my back and that’s what I’m training today. It’s my favourite day👌🏼
