🎯SAME WEIGHT 🎯
Geo made huge progress this year—bigger shoulders, wider lats, stronger adductors, and a noticeably slimmer waist. Same bodyweight.
Geo competed this year, but you don’t need to step on stage to achieve this. What I do strongly recommend is getting as lean as you can mentally tolerate. Getting lean creates the best environment for optimal muscle growth.
Forget the word “bulk.”
You do not need excess calories to build muscle. All that does is add unnecessary body fat. Muscle is built slowly—grams at a time—and it doesn’t require more than maintenance calories to grow.
The biggest thing holding most people back isn’t genetics or supplements—it’s their training plan and ex*****on of it.
Train hard (≈1 RIR)
Use the correct volume per muscle
Train muscles multiple times per week
Rest properly between sets
No drop sets. No finishers.
Eat your protein
And finally… don’t get fat
