People always comment on how ‘easy’ yoga looks when I do it. Well, it really isn’t easy for me! I need to practice A LOT to get to where I want to be - as can be seen with my terrible attempts at these inversions. But I keep going because it’s so much fun and it’ll be so damn rewarding when all the hard work pays off. So have more faith in your own abilities and have a laugh on me with this blooper type clip 😅🙈

Namaste :-)
Meditation is not easy when you first start. In fact, when you try to meditate the first few times you'll probably find it more frustrating than peaceful!
Instead of peace you will find a busy mind, but this is exactly why you need to persevere. That busy mind of yours is finally getting the attention it needs, like an over excited child that wants to tell you all about his day.
So rather than fight your mind, try to relax and begin by just observing your breathing - perhaps even counting your breaths. If your thoughts persist, or keep popping up, don't force them out or try to steer them in a different direction, but observe them. What is your subconscious showing you? Observe, acknowledge and then let go. Like anything worth our while, meditation requires work and in the end it is beyond worth it for you will have a satisfied mind.

Outdoors is the most invigorating way to practice yoga. Take your matt outside, salute the sun and fill your lungs with fresh air
