The Lonsdale Fell Runners is a growing group of runners of all ages and abilities,we meet every week for a communal run and (optional) regroup afterwards for a drink.Members are often from the Lancaster,Morecambe,and Lune valley areas,but Hey who cares if you want to run with us it doesnt matter where you live.
