re:Centre Lancaster

The purpose of the re:Centre Lancaster is to provide an innovative incubator space for groups and individuals to develop innovative and creative solutions to recycle, repurpose and upcycle industrial waste materials and reclaimed building supplies.

The name re:Centre was chosen because of the tangible recycling of materials, the need for regeneration of local industry, and the focus on Lancaster’s city centre as a point for community engagement.

re:Centre is a joint effort between Jorj Haston and Kiki Callihan

Jorj Haston helps small businesses thrive. She is a forthright adviser with 15 years management experience in training and prison education. She’s always had an interest in creative industries and sustainable life and work. Gifted with the ability to get community members involved in projects, Jorj uses her talent for B4RN over the last 2 years as a Volunteer Coordinator, bringing hyper-fast broadband the rural communities.

Kiki Callihan is a southern Californian transplant with 14 years of experience in design and marketing for small businesses and real estate. Working across multiple mediums, she always comes back to making creations with what others consider waste. Her favourite tool is creative problem solving and is interested in involving community members in solution-based design and the creation of new industries.
