We don't need to ramp up the 'to do' list because its January, taking a break, focusing on ourselves and slowing down is good for us.

Wishing everyone a peaceful happy new year, May 2024 be filled with health, happiness and positivity.

Whilst many are setting New Year’s resolutions I will be setting intentions.

By changing your perspective on your goals, targets and plans it gives you more chance of achieving them, resolutions are steadfast, easily broken or failed, by setting intentions with self governed permission for leniency those goals are more likely to be adhered to.

Also setting mini tracker intentions towards your goals gives you the opportunity to reward yourself, congratulating progress and making accountability easier to maintain.
