“ Did a bit of research on gym gear and was impressed by the reviews for Vulcan. I ended up purchasing the home gym rack and some assorted weights and bars. Firstly, I was super impressed with the communication with these guys (Dhil). Got back to me immediately on the chat and was super helpful with questions I had. It gave me confidence in purchasing their products. Didn’t have any Issues with delivery which seemed to be a problem previously. On receiving my purchase I was really impressed again with the quality and outstanding value for money. I had also heard the instructions were a bit sketchy and tricky to put together but I actually found it quite easy. I did a video on it which I’ll post. Sounds like I’m paid by these guys!! Mark recently purchased our Adjustable Bench, Olympic Standard Barbell and 150kg of Olympic Bumper Plates. When we asked him a couple of questions about his home gym, what inspired it and his favourite thing about having his own setup, he told us:

"My reason for getting a home gym setup was mainly because we've just moved into a new home with space in the garage to use. That plus missing a year of working out because of lockdown and gym closures meant I was desperate to get back to working out. Was literally wasting away and losing strength/physique."

It's hard to pick a favourite because there are many things I love. Not needing to get prepared (look presentable) and then drive all the way to gym, can just step into the garage - saves so much time. Not needing to share equipment or wait for a rack to become free would be another. And ofcourse not being limited by lockdown closures or even just opening hours of the gym, -midnight workout? Or even public holidays ruining my gains haha. My favourite thing would be having absolutely no excuse to miss a gym session now. And with this amazing equipment I'll be able to make some real progress after a year of going backwards."
