A very evenly matched game against Kyle that I somehow managed to sneak the last few legs of to secure a place in the Playoffs.......
After the way I have been playing the last 4 or 5 days, I'll absolutely take that!

First proper public event yesterday - did not go very well at all. PSA: Anxiety meds, C*D and B**r are NOT the best combo…. 😴

and I won our first Doubles match, our scoring was bang average but I was pretty clinical on finishing.

Second doubles match - wasn’t feeling myself at all, scoring was poor and we were up against 2 very consistent players - absolutely smoked us.

Singles:

Realised about half way into the first game that it was the meds that had me drowsy - necked 2 pints of energy drink in a bid to level myself out - huge caffeine rush made me jittery as hell, then crashed again pretty quickly.

Long story short - Got absolutely pumped 5 games in a row 😂

Would I do it again? Absolutely.
But next time I’ll just stick to a good old fashioned pint instead 😂
