Founded by Matt Fiddes, the MF Ladies Only Kickboxing programme is designed to help women learn the fundamentals that will improve fitness, self-confidence, and personal safety. 7th Degree black belt, world-renowned martial arts Master Matt Fiddes, has combined his teaching experience with a dedicated team passionate about Kickboxing, to give women the tools to be strong, confident within themselves, and to have fun. The classes are suitable for all ladies, regardless of age and ability.
Personalized Approach
Our qualified instructors will take the time to listen to you about why you want to learn martial arts and what you hope to achieve. They will discuss individual goals with you and explain how our programme works, along with what martial arts is all about.
Fitness
We don’t expect you to start classes with the ability to run marathons or break concrete blocks with your bare hands. Our programme will start you slowly with warm-ups and drills that you will be able to handle and quickly master. Our aim is to build your confidence, enabling you to push yourself harder and rapidly improve your fitness level.
Weight Loss and Muscle Tone
The Matt Fiddes Ladies Only classes are a great way for you to lose weight. The classes will provide a natural and sustainable route to keeping your body at its ideal weight. The kickboxing routines you learn will allow you to become more flexible and supple, naturally toning the areas you want to get into shape, such as thighs, bums, tums, and chest.

Congratulations to Our South East Regional Championship Competitors
We would like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to all of our competitors who recently represented us at the South East Regional Championships in Burgess Hill. Our fantastically talented Championship squad did an amazing job, coming away with an impressive haul of gold, silver, and bronze medals.
Team Spirit and Support
As an instructor and head coach, I was incredibly proud of the unwavering team support that each member of the squad displayed. Whether it was offering words of encouragement from the sidelines, celebrating successes together, or, more importantly, providing motivation and support when things didn't go as planned, the teamwork and camaraderie among these students were nothing short of inspirational.
Their dedication and mutual support exemplify the true spirit of what it means to be part of our championship squad. Well done, team!
