Spring Equinox marks the beginning of a new astronomical year. This year I’m really excited to be co-creating a Half Day Retreat and ceremony for you with Jacqui of ‘Good for the Soul Healing’. As some of you already know Jacqui runs two monthly sound healings at our studio in Lancing. Jacqui’s healing work with sound and crystals is highly regarded and she regularly sells out her circles.

Our intention is to welcome in Spring and celebrate the arrival of the new astronomical year, gently clearing away what has been and creating a sense of excitement, forwards movement and hope for the path ahead. The element aligned with Spring is air, so we will hold intentions around clear communication, personal affirmations, abundance, clarity of thought and inspiration for creativity.
