Due to someone has just pulled out in the last minute I have got one space available in the group the trains on Tuesday 7.15pm and Thursday 6.15pm

That’s a very popular group and the space won’t be available for a long time!

WEIGHT LOSS🤔 / FAT LOSS 😐/ NUMBERS ON THE SCALES 🤔

This is what majority of people want to see when they decide to lose weight...the number on the scales!

I came across this chart which in a brilliant way shows us that things are way more complicated!💁🏼‍♀️

So, imagine you weigh yourself every single day! If you don’t believe me and this chart you can check it! Go on!

So on Monday you stepped on the scales and you went two ponds up since you measured yourself on Sunday! ➡️But it was simply because you had too much salt yesterday (water retention happens when you consume too much sodium)

On Tuesday you’ve lost 2 pounds- great let’s celebrate it! ➡️But it just happens that you had 6 wee a day and one big p**p 💩

On Wednesday you are up 1 pound again! What had happened? ➡️It was due to your menstrual cycle and hormonal changes (the same water retention and fluctuation)...booo

On Thursday you are still on the same weight!🚺

On Friday you are still on the same weight! It all looks great!🚺

On Sunday you are down 2 pounds !WTF?! It’s called dehydration- cuz yesterday you had a few pints of beer 🍻 with your friends in a pub!

On Sunday all back to “normal and you are up 1 pound!

Gosh!!!! Isn’t that horrible? So as you can see this is what is happening to all of us. Every day your weight might be affected by numerous reasons!

BUT that is mainly our water right!
IT’S NOT our body fat! It can’t fluctuate that easy!

So when people who are obsessed with weighing themselves are getting mad from all these numbers on the scales- the only thing it actually gives them is DISAPPOINTMENT!

Even though in general they might be losing weight / body fat - they will be disappointed s frustrated from seeing the numbers in the scales go up!

Is that the right approach? Well.....do not think so...it is not very encouraging!

SO STOP! STOB BEIMG OBSESS WITH THE SCALES AND THE NUMBERS!
