Wickers is a certified British Gymnastics club situated in West Sussex. Wickers also runs adult sessions and demonstrate a great display team.
Wickers offers coach based sessions from age 2, as well as parent/guardian and child classes for those younger than 2 years. We are a competitive club competing in general, men's artistic and woman's artistic gymnastics. We also do parties and team building sessions. Wickers has a group of young leaders following a Leadership Academy program.

A core part of our training is strength and conditioning.
From building power and control to improving flexibility, balance and injury prevention, these parts of our sessions help our gymnasts develop the foundations they need to progress safely and confidently.

Fun filled Drop and Go sessions for 4+ years club and Non-club members, invite your friends to join the fun at Wickers! Throughout the week children will take part in Musical Games, Arts and Crafts, Gymnastics Fun, Fun In The Foam, Team Races, Obstacle Courses and a whole lot more!!!!! We’ve got lots of Stickers, Certificates and Prizes to hand out and all children will bring home their amazing arts and crafts. Please see our website for each day programme.
Sessions will run across 3 days, the more sessions you attend the more you save!!!

A fun filled drop and go session for 4+ years with games, arts and crafts, fun in the foam, Summer Treasure and lots more!!
Participants will require a small NUT FREE snack and plenty to drink.
Each participant will receive a small treat bag and take home their arts and craft creations!!

Come and enjoy our non-structured, parent/ carer supervised session, where you can explore the gymnasiums unique space full of gymnastics apparatus, soft play, and a foam pit. There is even a hot drinks station for any thirsty adults too!

Are you competent at doing handstands and Cartwheels and want to learn the next steps to-wards round offs, flics, handsprings and more!! This fun filled session is open to club and non-club members aged 6+ years.
All participants will receive a certificate to take home.

Fun filled sessions open to club and non-club members, Whether you’re a beginner and want to learn the starting breakdowns and basics of cartwheels or you’re competent and want to improve the technique of cartwheels, cartwheel variations. We have the session for you!
