Big things are happening at LifetrainUK!

We’re officially launching our ATTUNED Therapeutic Parenting App in April — and this week we’re in the recording studio laying down one of the most important foundations of all: Attachment.

This app is being built for real life, not textbooks. It’s going to be packed with practical guidance, bite-size learning, tools you can use in the moment, and a library of resources to support parents, foster carers, adoptive parents, and professionals to feel more confident and more equipped.

We honestly can’t wait to share it all with you. Watch this space… April is going to be a game-changer.

What an amazing event!

It was such a pleasure to be part of My Choice Children's Homes Presentation for 2025. A massive congratulations to all the children who took part in the Olympics over the summer, and to those who achieved their Bronze and Silver Expedition sections of their Duke of Edinburgh’s Award.

Your hard work, determination, and team spirit really shone through. Always such a pleasure to celebrate your achievements and see you growing in confidence every year.

What an incredible week!

We’ve had an amazing time working alongside the brilliant MyChoice Children’s Homes staff and The Hazel Project foster carers, all of whom have successfully completed the Theraplay element of their Therapeutic Practitioners Award.

There’s been so much fun, laughter, learning, and connection throughout the sessions — exactly what TheraPlay is all about!
