It was exceptionally hot in the gym tonight on our return after summer for our Senior gymnasts, so a visit to the ice cream parlour was in order to cool off mid-way through training. 🤸‍♀️🍦

Hi everyone. I Hope you all had a lovely summer break. Just a reminder of the dates our classes return: Competition Squad - 13th of August (Thursday) and 15th of August (Saturday) and our Advanced and recreational classes all start back the week commencing the 17th of August.

What an historic day for Scotland, first ever all around Gold for men’s Artistic Gymnastics🥇. Well done Reuben!👏🤩💜

Today marks the start of the Women’s Competition at the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games. The Team champions will be crowned in this evenings session. That's a wrap for another fantastic term.

Our beams can finally have a little rest, the mats can stop being bounced on for a few weeks, and our coaches might even remember what a weekend feels like 😆

A huge THANK YOU to all of our amazing recreational gymnasts and supportive families for making this term so much fun. We've loved every cartwheel, handstand, smile (and even the occasional upside-down moment! 😂).
