Largs Adult Gymnastics Group

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear friend and colleague, Struan Adam. Struan joined us just before covid struck in 2020 and has been part of our group since. His humour and love of fun made him such an important part of the team. We have spent many training sessions and nights out together, laughing and sweating together
As a professional documentary maker the video footage and pics Struan created for us made us look so much better than we were, but captured the essence of fun and enjoyment we had in the class. He will be deeply missed.
Our sincere sympathies and condolences are with his family at this very sad time.

The first class of 2025 was… first class! Join in on the fun on Sunday evenings.

Well! It’s taken till tonight for us to get over the emotion of a fond farewell to our beloved Billy, who after over 50 years in gymnastics has decided to hang up his leotard! Also we’re still trying to get over the physical strain we all suffered - as we were all up for a ‘last day of school party’ Billy as ever put in maximum effort! And put us through our paces.

I’m sure I can speak on Behalf of the Adult Gymnastics Class - we are very grateful for Billy’s commitment and dedication over the years but also for his kindness and friendship!

We wish you all the very best with your well earned retirement and being the most fit, flexible and fun grandad in Scotland!

Team, the adult gymnastics class will not be running next week, Easter Sunday 31st of March. Back again on the 7th of April. Have a good Easter break 🐣

OK folks, it's time to shake off the cobwebs and get into 2024 properly. Largs Adult Gymnastics starts back this Sunday (28th Jan).
New members are very welcome, and we will accept some of the old ones too 😂
The class starts at 7pm and runs for 2 hours. No previous gymnastics experience needed, just come along and we'll do the rest.
Fun, Fitness and Gymnastics, in that order. What do you have to lose 😉 🤸‍♀️🤸
