Following the events of OP SHADOW CORRIDOR, Task Force Spectre successfully disrupted Los Viboras Cartel operations throughout the Valdoria border province.
Several senior cartel figures were eliminated, three major contraband shipments were recovered and cartel attempts to move the remaining shipments across the border were prevented.
Evidence recovered during the operation revealed that the cartel’s influence extends beyond local criminal networks. Intelligence indicates that members of the San Aurelia government, regional authorities and military personnel may be assisting Los Viboras with security, transportation and intelligence.
Further analysis confirms that elements within the San Aurelia Military are actively collaborating with Los Viboras Cartel, providing manpower, protection, and logistical support in exchange for financial and political gain.
The cartel has now withdrawn deeper into the dense woodland corridor, where it is regrouping and rebuilding its operational capability.
Intercepted communications suggest that Los Viboras has established several concealed production laboratories throughout the region. These facilities are believed to be manufacturing and preparing contraband for movement across the border.
Task Force Spectre has been ordered to return to the corridor, locate the production network and destroy the cartel’s ability to continue supplying its trafficking routes.
