🎉 WE DID IT!! 🎉

We are absolutely delighted to say that we have reached our Crowdfunder target! 💙💛

A huge, heartfelt THANK YOU to every single person who donated, shared our campaign, supported us, encouraged us and helped us get here. We genuinely couldn’t have done it without you. Huge thankyou also to Sport NI for creating opportunities that supports clubs like ourselves, helping us build together for the future.

Every donation, big or small, has helped us take another step forward in what we are trying to build at Olderfleet.

This funding will allow us to add another coastal single to our fleet, giving even more of our members the opportunity to get out on the water, develop their skills, build confidence and enjoy everything coastal rowing has to offer.

For us, this was never simply about buying another boat. It’s about breaking down barriers, creating opportunities and making our sport accessible to more people.

From very small beginnings, our club continues to grow — and every new piece of equipment helps us say “yes” to more people who want to give rowing a go. 💙💛

We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who believed in our project and helped make it happen.

Our Crowdfunder is LIVE, and we’re asking our members to help us get our second Swift coastal single purchased.

The new single will belong to the club and will be available for all our members — juniors, adults, women, masters, recreational rowers and those wanting to develop their skills and compete.

At the moment, demand for our existing single is far greater than the availability. A second boat will mean more people on the water, more coaching opportunities and less waiting around for a boat to become available. (Crowdfunder UK)
