What a day we had last Saturday! President’s Day at LB<C was a fantastic way to round off an incredible year - great competition, plenty of craic, good food, and, most importantly, a brilliant show of community spirit. 🙌

A special congratulations to Jayden Kyle, our President’s Player of the Season - a fantastic achievement! 🎩

But of course, the biggest winner of the day was Dementia NI. The charity auction raised an amazing £1,540, and with the generous donations made on the day and funds raised throughout the year, we are now looking set to be close to £4,000 raised. An absolutely incredible effort from everyone involved! ❤️

And, of course, a huge thank you to Darren for a brilliant year as Men’s Bowling President. You’ve done a fantastic job throughout the year and have given so much of your time, energy and enthusiasm to the club. From everyone at LB<C, thank you for everything you’ve done and congratulations on a brilliant year. You’ve certainly left big shoes to fill! 👏

Finally, thank you to everyone who came along, supported the day, enjoyed the meal, participated in the auction and helped make President’s Day such a memorable occasion, and a fantastic day at LB<C! 😎

Unfortunately, the good run comes to an end as the Irish Fours Semi-Final ended in defeat for Ajay, Simon, Ryan & Iain this morning, with the game slipping away from the lads in the closing stages.

A fantastic run to reach this stage, and plenty to be proud of. 👏

The picture’s changed since the rain had the last word. Belmont have already secured their safety, so relegation’s off the table for them. However our guys are hopeful for a minimum of 5.5 points tonight to nail down 3rd place. 🎆

Let’s get it done. 💪
