60 Plus Keep Fit Stay Fit KFSF

10/09/2026

60+KFSF is one of the classes that we offer under Wye Valley Health Fitness and Arts. We are passionate about supporting our community by building health through creativity and embodied fitness - whether that is our 60+ classes (in Lea and Mitcheldean) to improve balance, coordination and confident mobility, improving longevity and better quality of life; or whether it is Taekwon-Do, Self-defence (for adults) or MMA…
Arts for us is an umbrella for creativity as well as Martial Arts, and in many ways these activities provide invaluable ‘life skills’ that promote healthier minds, bodies and spirits.
In 2027 we will be building out more classes and connections within the community, in Health; through the Arts, Physical and Spiritual development. Keep in touch and connect with us through our developing website:

Join our mailing list if you want to know when we will be offering new classes and events.
We are looking forwards to seeing you 🌼☀️🌼
