Ella offers MSK Physiotherapy and Sports Massage, supporting with things such as:

We’re really proud to be able to offer physiotherapy here in the Esk Valley, making it easier to access professional support locally without always having to travel further afield.

💪 10 WEEKS STRONGER TOGETHER 💪

And just like that… our 10-week Stronger Together programme is complete! 🥹👏

We’re so proud of the progress everyone has made, showing up, putting the work in and staying consistent, even when life inevitably got in the way from time to time.

Because it doesn’t have to be perfect.
Consistency over perfection really does win every time. 🤍

A huge well done to Guy, who led the programme from start to finish through individual PT sessions and small-group training, supporting everyone throughout the 10 weeks.

And this isn’t the end… 👀

Guy will be launching a brand-new 10-week programme later this year, combining weekly 1:1 personal training with access to our fitness classes and ongoing support.

Spaces will be limited, so if you’d like more information or want to register your interest, drop us a message. 💪🤍
