After the gym closed I actually had to morn the lose of that part of my ego, it took a while I fell away from my own practice I shed unneeded muscle mass and gained some love around the belly, for this stage in my journey I didn't need to physically perform I needed to learn to let go to breath and let go of old even if it was something that made me sparkle, the universe had other plans for me!

This is just a brief reminder to all that need it,

True happiness will only come when you can love every step of this crazy journey,

But also when you are able to place the "thing" back on to the shelf when its time, someone once told me ( I believe it was you) If you do not make the decision to move on when it is needed the universe will find a way to do it for you anyway, and that way will most likely be alot harder!

We are only in the now, my now is sometimes hard it's sometimes crazy, chaos, darkness, but it's always what is needed.

Now the dust has settled, my practice is back on track I'm lighter I'm stronger I'm fitter and above all I'm happier.

A balanced strong able body can be build with bodyweight alone don't get me wrong.

But if you want to build a human that can move, carry, jump, run, fight open and closed handed, all in it's natural patterns the right tools going to help.

There are certain movement patterns ♾️ that accelerate all healing in the body! After years and years of experience with myself and clients I know If you stick to them you will lose your pains.

If don't have pains and you do them daily you will be a lot harder to hurt!
