Celebrating milestones from last year and setting new targets for 2026. These two are absolute beasts💪🏼, grinding hard every session, and the results are speaking for themselves. Compound exercises are becoming second nature, and dare I say they're even enjoying the accessory work 🤭.
Week in, week out they’ve shown up, even when motivation was low, now that consistency is paying off. Weights that once felt heavy now feel controlled, movement is cleaner, and confidence in the gym exelled.
No shortcuts, no hype phases, just solid work done properly and this is only the foundation going into 2026‼️

Client spotlight: Lucy
Lucy is a runner and a few months ago she was suffering from hip pain which prevented her from doing what she loves....running!
In our sessions we started off with the compound lifts showing her the correct form for each one and then making lifting techniques a habit. Focusing the sessions then onto more explosive movements to assist with her lower stability and running. At this point she was slowly building up her mileage, every week adding a bit more to adjust the hip to the running load. For her to come in one day and show me videos of her trying squats by herself in the gym was a very proud moment!
Starting the season with the Ryton 5 and more recently completing the Two castles, Lucy has returned to running while maintaining her gym fitness, a great example that strength training is necessary for runners too! Her next goal is to run the London marathon next year 💪 !
