When the programme says 1+ and you squeeze out 5!

175kg moving nicely setting us up for 200+ next week!

Always train your max don’t test it, work the variety of volume and percentages and the numbers will follow.

You have to graft to get those last reps but that’s where the growth is! The first 3 reps here were good, the last we had to work for!

You can do a lot in a week! You can do even more in 12!

1 week here and you can see by the graph my clients weight is moving in the right direction!

I don’t ask for a lot, and I’ve never asked for anything I wouldn’t do!

All I ask is we build small new habits, a little structure and most importantly CONSISTENCY!

And in return? You get the body you’ve always dreamed of! A new found confidence, and unlimited compliments from your loved ones that you’re killing it!

What everything comes down to is how much do you want it?

Whether that is fitness, health, something in your job, something in your life, what ever it is, it’s about priorities!

if you want it enough it will become a priority, you will make time for it, and you will build it into your structure!

Your results are always reflective of your efforts!

Hard work pays off!

Any type of weight loss journey is never straight forward.

There are always weeks where you plateau and the results don’t go in the direction you want.

It’s how you respond and keep pushing forward!

(If you popped a tyre, you wouldn’t pop the other three you fix it and keep driving down the road!)

You always need a plan of where to go to next when you plateau so never go all in straight away!

My client is smashing her pre wedding shred!

With events galore and gym changes she is still on track to look the best ever on her big day!

She looked great before but look at what we have achieved so far in less than 8 weeks.

All I’ve asked is consistency!

How’s your Overhead Squat Game!?

Well I thought mine was good but after 30m 50kg sled push with the worst ground ever these got tough!!

Sets of 15 unbroken @ 55kg was a mini win though!

It’s crazy what you can achieve when you have people around you you’re competing against! Dropping the bar could mean different finishing in this event so it was grunt and go!

Competition can be healthy to push yourself further than you might normally go!

This weekend‘s competition was definitely a showcase of how strong mentally you are!

numerous times I wanted to stop or rest throughout the workouts, but not once we let the mind take over and we slogged through!

When your mind gives in you’re only 40% of the way beat… so head down and grind!

show yourself what you can truly do! You will be surprised!

First ever live competition!

Loved today with .dog_la in the CrossFit Faber event!

Not going to lie they definitely wanted to blow out our legs and that’s been accomplished!

Such a fun event which challenged us both mentally and physically! Out of 15 teams we finished in the top 1/3 which I’ll take, I don’t think we could have done much better on the day!

Huge shout out to for kitting us out!

Now time to sit and relax and eat all the sugar!

Congratulations to all those that took part!

5KG Dropped and not even 2/3 into our 12 weeks!
