Tough conditions for race day but what a race he had.

‘Roth is a race like no other. Real bucket list race. Went in with a sub 9 plan but a tough non wetsuit swim and boiling hot day made it a hard day out but super happy to finish in 9:05 and can’t thank Meg enough for the last few years training. Onto Barcelona next’

Sarah’s thoughts below:

Finished my 6th marathon!
-Got a 2 min PB! & (I know I should have been happy about this at the time but I had set much higher expectations)
-Ticked off another maor!
-Had a great training block in the run up to this race - my running is the best it's ever been thanks to .tricoach (even if I didn't show it on the day!
-Stoked the fire to smash that sub 4 goal another day
-Had a great weekend meeting some fab people along the way
-And finally just that I was able to get round after my knee injury and leg surgery earlier in the year!
