Yesterday IRONMAN UK Swansea didn’t disappoint, hot and hard condition. Well done to all athletes who got to the finish line.

Well done Alexa for pushing through and finishing this tough race. It’s great to share the race course with athletes I coach. Nothing beats hearing about the challenges of the day and their experiences.

A huge step forward from last year and a reflection of the consistency, commitment, and hard work she’s put in across training.

XTERRA is never easy. Technical trails, tough racing, and plenty of opportunities for things to go wrong. Eva stayed focused, raced smart, and delivered when it mattered most. It’s been brilliant to watch her confidence and strength continue to grow.

The best part? We’re only getting started. 💪

Tough conditions for race day but what a race he had.

‘Roth is a race like no other. Real bucket list race. Went in with a sub 9 plan but a tough non wetsuit swim and boiling hot day made it a hard day out but super happy to finish in 9:05 and can’t thank Meg enough for the last few years training. Onto Barcelona next’
