Well done to all the students who recently got promoted 🥋 proud of you all as always 👊🏼

What a fantastic day we had yesterday at the NSTK Interclub Competition 🥋 I’m fairly confident that we totalled around 19 medals 🥇

I could not be prouder of each and every student for stepping onto the mats and trying their best 🙌🏼 it’s shows courage and determination to step onto the competition floor, so well done! See you all in class this week, don’t forget to bring in those medals so we can show them off 🥋

So proud of all our students that achieved their promotions last week 🥋 by far the most satisfying part of being an instructor. The smiles on those faces say it all 💯 well done everyone, hope you’re having a great weekend!

A huge well done to Rory for getting this weeks most improved certificate! Rory has been a consistent member of our class for a number of years and ALWAYS bring this most infectious energy to the class. Keep up the great work Rory, that green belt is just around the corner 🥋

Our classes are on as usual this evening. All are welcome from ages 4 and upwards!

The Juniors class is 5:45-6:30pm

The Seniors is from 6:45-7:45pm

Come down to any of our classes for a free taster session 🥋 we have classes Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays catering for students from aged 4 up to 65 and over!

A huge well done to our small team that went over to compete at the EWSKA open today. A fantastically organised event. Thank you Alison for the invite!

Hazel took to the bag in the Juruken and did amazingly well 🙌🏼 great work Hazel 👏🏼

Vinnie had some tough competition in the individual kata as well as the pairs. All fantastic experience! Well done Vin 👊🏼

Angus did individual and pairs kata as well as the kumite. He was so relaxed for his first competition and shown amazing maturity. Another huge confidence boost.

And finally, Jacob faught well in the kumite earning himself a bronze medal. 🥉
