Exciting news!! Starting in the new year we are doing a beginner pole class on a Wednesday 5:25pm - 6:25pm. This is perfect for anyone who has never done pole before and wants to try it out 💜

Clare started her circus journey at uni and has tried everything from flying trapeze to cyr wheel!

Starting Thursday 6th February at 7:30pm

Don’t have heels? That’s absolutely fine, bring some socks and you’re ready to go

Knee pads are strongly advised

The fabulous will be teaching this Sunday!

It’ll be a change to the usual class with a gorgeous flow classes taught by Flo!
