It's not Pilates related, but I thought I'd post on behalf of my tree surgeon son Alex.
He has decided to work part-time for himself after 12 years in the business.
Alex is an experienced climber, but is happy to tackle all jobs - trees & hedges - big or small, around Warwickshire.
Alex is fully qualified and insured.

The kitchen floor is my base this morning as I plan my lessons for the coming week. It's all about keeping this little lady company as she eases into her new life. Beautiful Alice arrived at 10pm on Friday night after a five-day journey from Romania. She was so scared to begin with, but as you can see, is starting to relax and trust us.
It'll be a little while before she's allowed in my studio while I'm teaching on Zoom, but I'm looking forward to that day.

And so September rolls around again. Even though I left school many, many years ago, the start of the autumn term is always my New Year.
The timetable is much the same as last term and I'm delighted to see that my regulars are all returning, with the exception of the lovely Sue, who has moved to South Devon
At Little Light Studio my Monday 7.30pm and Friday 11am classes are full.
I run my Monday 6pm Zoom class on a pay as you go basis, so if you’d like more information and the link, let me know.
