We start with a gentle warm up, ease into movement, and build through a mix of standing, babywearing and floor-based tracks - all designed to work with your body, not against it.
There’s time to move, time to breathe, and always a cool down to leave you feeling reset. No pressure, no need to “keep up” - just a supportive space where you can go at your own pace and do something for you.

The warmer weather is coming and so are the summer months☀️
Long workouts aren’t always realistic, especially with kids and busy summer days. Shorter sessions, getting outside when you can, and keeping things consistent will take you further than trying to do everything perfectly. Add in plenty of water and choosing the right time of day, and it becomes a lot more manageable.
