Super proud of these ladies last night taking to the stage at The Strictly Experience and continuing to dance as if nothing was happening when one of the audience stormed the stage to join them 🫢
What an experience for everyone involved! Ian had a great time as a judge again but the biggest well done has to go to all the couples who took part and managed to raise a phenomenal £48,000 for Coventry & Warwickshire Mind.

We hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and are looking forward to the new year ahead. Before we post and try and entice you back to classes, we wanted to thank everyone who bought a copy of Vicki’s dad’s book, ‘Stories Behind the Headlines’ by Colin Walkey. We were overwhelmed by the number of you who bought them for yourselves or as gifts and while we understand many were given as Christmas gifts and may not have been started yet, we’d hugely appreciate it if those of you have read it already would mind dropping us a few lines to say what you thought about it. Maybe one particular story that made you laugh or that you really enjoyed. It was a gamble getting a publisher and finally putting his words in print and was told by other peers who had published books that he’d never sell them all 🙉 Unbelievably he now has only a handful left. The finishing of the book, launch and sales gave him such a boost. Dad hasn’t been very well over Christmas and I’d truly love to pass on as many comments and reviews as possible to give him another boost and hear what people thought! Feel free to drop us a pm or post below so I can show him your reactions (even if you’ve told us face to face, he’s a words man so it would mean a lot!)

BRAS we want your bras!
The gorgeous Vanessa is collecting used bras as a charity breast cancer fund raiser
We dont have long , she needs them before the 13th December and the aim is to collect enough to join them together across the whole of the Rugby pitch at Shipston. They will be sold abroad and funds will go to the charity . Bras (including sports bras) all shapes, sizes, colours - even those elephant grey ones hiding at the back of your drawer are needed- no judgement , we promise not to play guess the owner !! We can collect from classes up until Dec 11th so have a look through your drawers and see what you can do !

Happy half term !! All classes are running as normal this week but if you are planning on coming to FitSteps or Toning at Kineton tonight then there a couple of road closures on Banbury Street to be aware of in the village so please leave a little extra time and plan your route accordingly !

We’ve reached the final week of mass disruption and after this week we return to a full timetable. The kids will be back at school and we’ll be counting down the weeks until the end of the year (notice we didn’t mention the ‘C’ word 🤭)

We hope you’ve all had a fab summer and bank holiday weekend but we are ready to get back to a normal routine and keep delivering all the classes on all the days that you expect them.

This weeks classes are:
Tuesday - 7.15pm Clubbercise at Oakley school Bishops Tachbrook

Wednesday- 10am FitSteps at Hatton Park followed by Toning at 11

Thursday - 10am FitSteps at Ettington followed by Toning at 11
