This review from Maya really stood out to me:
âI feel completely seen and accepted.â
Many people come to me thinking they need a better exercise plan or more motivationâŚ.
Often, what they actually need is a space where they can be themselves without judgement.
A place where they feel heard, supported and understood.
Alongside becoming fitter and stronger, Maya shared that she feels more positive about herself and more worthyâď¸
Thank you for your trust and for sharing your experience, Maya đŤś
If this sounds like the kind of support youâve been looking for, letâs connectđ

I've recently had 2 spaces become available in The Mind Physique Programmeđ
Over the years, I've realised that most people don't struggle because they don't know exercise is good for them, they struggle because life gets in the way....
- Work
- Stress
- Personal Barriers
- Low confidence
- Anxiety
- Self-doubt
- Putting everyone else first
That's why The Mind Physique Programme isn't just personal trainingâŹď¸
It's a personal training and mindset coaching programme designed to support people across all areas of health, helping them improve their fitness, confidence and wellbeing whilst becoming more of who they truly are.
This isn't about chasing perfection, it's about creating lasting change, building a healthier relationship with yourself, and having support along the wayđŤś
If you've been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or simply know it's time to prioritise your own health again, I'd love to help!
Comment or message me "MIND" to find out more âď¸

One thing I've been reminded of recently...
When I'm tired, I overthink more and maybe you do too?
The things I'd normally brush off suddenly feel bigger than they are.....
I start questioning things, wondering what people meant, worrying if I've let someone down and thinking about things that haven't even happened but,
I've learnt that just because I think something, doesn't make it true!
When we're stressed, overwhelmed, or running low on energy, our minds can be very convincing.
Our worries can feel like facts, but they're not always facts!
We can't control how other people interpret what we say, we can't control what other people think and, we can't control whether everyone understands our intentions.
All we can do is be honest, communicate clearly, and stay true to ourselves.
Sometimes the best thing we can do is take a step back, get some rest, and question whether what we're worrying about is actually true or....
just a tired mind trying to fill in the gaps đ

One thing that came up in a recent member review was this:
"Learning to consistently show up for myself after years of putting everyone else first."
I think a lot of people can relate to that....
Work, family, responsibilities and life can easily take over, leaving very little time or energy for yourself.
That's why I'm so passionate about helping people create space for their own wellbeing, not just physically, but mentally too.
A lovely reminder that progress isn't always about what you can see đŤś
đCan you relate to this?

The environment you train in matters...
Especially when youâre not just trying to exercise, but trying to rebuild confidence, trust and self-belief.
đđťââď¸I created my own private studio because I wanted something different.
âI didnât want a toxic space
âI didnât want people feeling watched.
âI didnât want people feeling judged.
âI didnât want people walking in already feeling like they donât belong.
đI wanted to create a space where people could walk through the door and feel relaxed.
đSomewhere private.
đSomewhere personal.
đSomewhere safe.
đSomewhere they can be completely themselves.
A lot of people I work with have felt nervous about commercial gyms and over the years I have heard a range of different things from my members :
They donât really know what to do when they get there
They don't feel confident with equipment and this can make them feel embarrassed. They are worrying that people are watching and judging them
Theyâve had bad experiences before.
The reasons above are exactly why my space exists.
In here, itâs just one-to-one and very small groups
No crowd.
No judgement
No comparing yourself to anyone else
No feeling like you have to pretend
Because of that, people open up more, they talk honestly, they try things they wouldnât usually try, start to feel less embarrassed and they begin to feel like they belong.
Transformation doesnât just happen through a workout plan.
It happens in the right environment, with the right support, where you finally feel safe enough to show up as yourself.
Thatâs what I wanted to build
Not just another gym but a space for people to feel seen, heard and safe because this is what matters.

I used to think changing my body would fix everything....
I thought Iâd be more confident, more attractive, less socially anxious, more masculine, and finally comfortable in myself.
Look, exercise did help me in lots of ways though......
It gave me purpose, helped me quit smoking, helped me change some poor habits and it started me off on this career path
However, it didnât magically make me happy, it didnât take away my social anxiety, didnât fix my insecurities and it didnât make me suddenly love myself.
In some ways, I just moved onto the next thing I felt I needed to change and this is when
I actually developed an unhealthy obsession with exercise, i felt guilty around food.
i felt guilty if I missed a session, was still picking myself apart.
Now, I see the same pattern with clients....
People come in thinking that once there body looks different, theyâll finally love themselves, theyâll find the maximum confidence, finally feel happy and stop worrying, but the body change on its own doesnât always do that.
Your body goals are valid but they are only one part of the bigger picture.
If you want lasting change, you have to work on the mind behind the habits too.
Thatâs why I created The Mind Physique Programme because the body matters
but, the mind is where the real work startsđ§

Iâve been a personal trainer for 12 years, but what I do now goes much deeper than exercise....
I came into this industry first as a client and exercise gave me purpose, structure, and a place to start building myself back up but, I also know from my own experience that changing your body doesnât magically change your life.
Iâve struggled massively with social anxiety and depression and
training helped me, but losing weight didnât take my anxiety away.
Changing how I looked didnât automatically change how I felt about myself,
I still had work to do on the inside and over the years, I started seeing the same thing with clients.
People would come to me wanting to lose weight, get motivated, build a routine, or feel more confident in their body...
but underneath that, they often needed something deeper:
âĄď¸They needed to trust themselves again.
âĄď¸They needed to feel safe.
âĄď¸They needed to feel listened to.
âĄď¸They needed emotional understanding.
âĄď¸They needed a better relationship with themselves and their body.
Thatâs why I started to feel like something was missing from the PT sessions I was taught to do...
Because the fitness industry focuses so much on appearance, quick fixes, before and after photos, and making people believe that once they look different, theyâll finally be happy, but I donât believe changing your body alone changes your life.
I believe the mind and body have to work together.
Thatâs why I created 'The Mind Physique Programme'.
A programme that combines private personal training with mindset coaching to help people rebuild themselves from the inside out.
Itâs not just about physiqueđItâs about confidence, self-worth, discipline, emotional health, identity, and learning how to actually enjoy exercise without it being a punishment.
I donât just help people change their body, I help people heal from the inside out
and this is the work I care about most.
đđťââď¸If this makes you think, âthis is whatâs been missing,â then youâre exactly the kind of person I want to help đŤś
