Happy Easter folks!
Just a little life update from me… I’m easing back into work after maternity leave! It’s been a whirlwind few months full of baby cuddles, sleepless nights, and lots of love — but I’ve missed you, and I’m so excited to start reconnecting.
I’m now opening up space for a few training sessions each week, so if you’re ready to move your body, build strength, or just catch up — I’d love to hear from you.
