I won the muscle model show yesterday 2017 champion 👑👑👑🕺🕺🕺. A big thanks to so many people ,who has been pushing me none stop but don't even know where to start 🤣. .geraghty and most expecially ,you have prep-me and made me believe i can always be better and your kids Ellie & blaiz who are my supper fans love them to bits .

This shoot was APRIL 2015 the day after my first ever comp with the where I competed in 3 classes including bodybuilding (1st) and men's physique (3rd) 😂 - don't ask. The shoot was with and my favourite shot has to be the third one - "jump but try not to look like you're jumping" 😂. Lawl

Second gym session done. Second shift about to go down. Been asked to work extra next week 🤷🏽‍♂️. You'd think the NHS was struggling 😑
